Shipstation is a very big service, with lots of users, tons of order data.....and poor un-customizable reporting. This is perfect for Zoho analytics. 

The Shipstation API is modern and efficient. 

Today I think many people pay Zapier to get Shipstation data into Reports/CRM/Books - why not have  a direct connection? 

-can pull in shipments via webhook or polling. 

-also nice to pull in order data along with shipment data
