Hello. I have two problems. Im not sure if the problem is due to level of my subscription - Im on Proffessional plan.

1. I have a JotForm connected with ZohoCRM which automatically creates a contact and a new deal based on form submission. That is done by JotForm integration. It works well but the problem is - new contact and the deal are not linked together. Is there a way to make CRM automatically link these? Do I need to integrate it differently to get the same result? How?

2. Even if I manually connect the contact with a deal by adding Contact Role, emails that we exchanged with this contact are not showing up under Emails section. In one of the articles I found that "Zoho CRM automatically links emails to the deals using the Deal Prediction Method". That's not the case for me as the only emails I can see are the ones sent directly from the Deal Info under "Emails" section. Is there a way to show up all the emails we sent to each other? I have GMAIL account configured by IMAP.
