Connecting Purchase Orders with Account. {0} Name shows.

Hi there.  We are currently investigating switching from our existing CRM to Zoho.  One thing we'd like to do is connect Account to Purchase Orders from our vendor.  I went ahead and added a look up custom field to Account entity into Purchase Order, and it shows up fine in the Purchase Order edit screen.

However, when I load the associated Account, a section is automatically added listing Purchase Orders.  But instead of the section title being "Purchase Orders", it's {0} Name.

Did we do anything wrong?
