Connection from DNN not working

The email notifications@compliancetraining.com is properly configured, its receiving and sending properly within Zoho mail.

I need a the compliancetraining.com website to use the notifications email to send. The application (DNN) is properly configured - I've done it many times before with other mail systems:
SMTP server and port: smtp.zoho.com:465
SMTP Authentication: Basic
SMTP Enable SSL: ON
SMTP Username: notifications@compliancetraining.com
SMTP Password: [verified as correct]

Are there other settings within Zoho that I need to configure to allow this website to send emails?
