Connection Problem (Zoho)

Using Zoho app on Kindle Fire HDX 7 and most of the time there's no problem.  Every once in a while though, including this afternoon, I get this message at the top of the screen:  "Connection Problem" (Zoho).  Have done all the troubleshooting on Kindle, and still getting that messsage.  Messages are being received online @ zoho, but not via the Zoho email app.  Could the problem be on the Zoho-end?  Usually, I just ignore it and in a few hours or overnight it goes away.  But am thinking this is something that I should deal with, not just ignore.
