Connection timed out and ping failed.

Hello.

I have configured Postfix to work as relay on my server using zoho mail, but in my server when trying to connect to smtp.zoho.com (TLS with port 587) the result is connection time out and even when I use ping (to smtp.zoho.com) all packages all was lost.

Is there a problem in your end?
