Hi, all!

I currently use ActiveCampaign for email marketing, but I'm a ZohoOne subscriber, so it makes sense to use Zoho Campaigns if I can. Couple of questions:

1) Is there a way to set up some sort of tags for the purpose of creating segments?

2) If you've used ActiveCampaign, is it a fairly easy switch, or is it going to be a major headache? I'm wondering if I'm better off just staying put or not.
