Considering Zoho for your business??? DON'T! RUN AWAY!

I have so many problems with Zoho. I get frustrated daily. So many different problems I've experienced over the last year of service. I use an Mac with Safari browser that is always updated to the latest OS and software. 

If you are considering Zoho just don't. Stop and run away. All of their services have problems, not just mail. You'll get in too deep, you'll put too much effort into it, and then you'll be stuck like me. Not able to get out due to time constraints with business. Switching is a PAIN IN THE BUTT! So pick the right solution the first time. Zoho is NOT the solution. 

Here are a few problems that frustrate me. 

1. Numerous and excessive down times. When contacting support they always give me a frustratingly friendly but useless response. I've really begun to HATE their super friendly responses. Their mail servers go down often and their own monitoring solution doesn't even pick it up and reflect down times so it is simply not to be trusted. Not the email service, nor their site24x7 service. 
2. Many times I cannot add an attachment. Again, contact support and they've confirmed here and there the problem but... why does this happen so often? Why does it mess up so much? Why does Zoho suck so bad? Zoho Headquarters is 'sorta' close to Silicon Valley. Why can't you hire REAL talent to fix this stuff?!?!
3. Composing a new mail, I can cut text from the body of the message but I cannot paste it. Pasting into the body of a composed message just does not work. Frustrating. It wasn't always like this, but recently has been for several weeks. 
4. Sometimes I go in and out of having an internet connection. When this happens Zoho mail will fail to re-connect even though I have internet. I have to quit my browser in order for it to connect to Zoho mail servers again. I hate having to close all my tabs just to get email. Stupid. 
5. The iOS email app just plain sucks... sucks suck sucks. Try cutting a pasting text from the app and into something else. Again, simple you would think, but it doesn't work. Dumb. Stupid. Lame. HOW?! WHY?! 

Sorry Zoho, but you guys need to step up your game or go home. I'll be switching as soon as I have the capacity to do so. I feel compelled to rant every time I get pissed and frustrated over your products, which apparently is OFTEN!
