A client of mine has raised a valid idea. They would like to be able to open an Account record and be able to view all the emails for all the contacts associated with that account. Similar to the way you currently can see all the notes under the Account Record across all the associated records under that Account.
This is very important as they have lots of contacts which they are working with as a team under each account and it is difficult to sort through and find a tread of communication as you have to go from one contact to another. Sure you can try to create a report but this is not as convenient as being able to click on a tick box like you have with the notes.
