Constant timeouts

I have been getting constant timeouts to connect to zoho mail imap servers for both of my email addresses all day yesterday and today, is there a problem?

"There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “*****” or try again.

The server returned the error: Connections to the server “imap.zoho.com” on the default ports timed out."
