Constantly signed out of Zoho in Outlook

Constantly signed out of Zoho in Outlook

I have all my emails tied into Outlook, with Zoho being one, on my Computer and my Phone. My Zoho account is the only one that randomly gets a prompt to re-enter my password since it couldn't connect. This has happened a ridiculous amount of times on both my computer and phone. 
What makes this more annoying is I have to use app specific password, which means I either have to write down that random password (which pretty much negates the point of have security set up that way) or go onto my computer and get a new password EVERY TIME!
What the heck is going on? Why is this happening? It is super annoying and making my wish I switched to gmail instead.
