I appreciate that new leads will go through the process in the order designed, but not existing contacts. I imported my contacts to contacts, instead of leads. I think I can get round this though, if I export them as csv and import them as leads ? yes!

I appreciate your design stages - lead to account / potential or contact within the program, but in real life, it is possible, if not likely, that our existing contacts or even new ones discrded after processing, are approached by us later to offer our opportunity, services or products. Our contacts are our 'warm market' - people we already know.

Is it possible to make this achievable within the program, so that the contact's details are not left out on a limb, and can be re introduced to the system, they could then become a customer / potential / distributor without having to re-write their details.

ps - I do mean to well by offfering positive suggestions.
