Contact activity not updated with calendar event through Zoho Flow

I'm creating an automation with Zoho Flow to create a new contact & event when a new event is created in Calendly.

I first create the contact then create an event with the contact's email address as a Participant. When I view the contact in Bigin, I don't see the event in the Activity pane for my contact. When I create the event through bigin manually it shows up in the activity pane. I believe this is a bug as it's working through manual actions.
