Contact Address Details Copied to Bill To on Quotations

I have a customer which shall be an entirely B2C system. Therefore it is a requirement that when a quotation is generated for that contact that the Address Information is used for the Contact rather than the defauly where Zoho looks for Account address details.

Is there a way to change this?
