Contact Category (group) import?

I am importing contacts from gMail (google) and I use gMail "Groups" (which essentially work as categories) extensively.

Is there any way to import the gMail group label into Zoho Mail as a category (or as a group)?

I have 100's of contacts and dozens of groups (categories).

This is critical for moving to Zoho mail.
