When entering or modifying account contact data, Zoho screen freezes on the entry page despite the fact the save button had been pressed. If you press it multiple times with the hope to exit the page, it creates multiple entries of the same contact.

 

Could Zoho support team please fix up this problem as it is frustrating to use and only way to get out is by refreshing the page a few times before it returns to the Home screen.
