Case 1: 

When user creating a new lead. In this lead form almost all the contact information get filled by user. So after lead creation this new contact information should be reflect automatically in the contact list. But it is not displaying in the contact list. 

Case 2:

A contact has been created in contact list already, if user want to create a lead for this contact, then how can I create a lead for this contact.

Please help me on same.
