Contact Email address change
I had asked about this one before, but I wanted to update you on issues I am having.
When a contact changes their email address I am loosing all the historical emails since it follows the new email address. Is there a way to lock in old emails to the contact so they do not disappear.
Recently several of my contacts changed their email address and I no longer have their complete history - only the emails to the current address. Is there any work around since this causes us to miss important email history from a contact.
