Contact Form Doesn't Work On My Zoho Website

Hello!

Can you please give me any information that will help me fix this problem?

I receive messages that were directly sent from Gmail, Yahoo or other email addresses to my Zoho mail, and I can also send messages from my Zoho mail, but if I'm using the contact form on my Zoho website, messages don't come through.

I'm using my godaddy domain name. I've checked my domain's DNS settings there. CNAME, MX, TXT are all pointing to Zoho.

I've checked if there's a step-by-step guide on how to set up a contact form on a Zoho site, but couldn't find it.
