Contact information missing on scheduled tasks

Greetings,

My company makes use of Zoho CRM system to manage customers, franchisees, etc. is going through a serious problem that is affecting our franchise support. In these last days, the contacts of prospects (from the web form, converted or not), after scheduling service of two users, have become missing at the scheduled tasks, making it impossible to know who we are contacting and answering to. This situation had already happened a few times a long time ago, but lately have occurred with frightening frequency. We've tried to open a support ticket with Zoho (https://support.zoho.com/support/mdiapane/ShowHomePage.do), also tried the chat, but without success, and so we are trying to get in touch directly via email.

We await your answer, because we do not know who else to turn to and we are losing money.
