Contact lists of two people merged

When our company shifted to Zoho mail from Go Daddy, the iPhone contact lists of my colleague's and mine merged. So I now have all his contacts on my iPhone Contact list. And any common contact shows the name the way he has listed. This is very confusing.
Initially, I was the Admin on Zoho. I then created a new Admin ID in the hope that this problem will go away. But it hasn't.
