Can anyone advise how I can get the same functionality of the Contact Module "Twitter" field but for other platforms such as Instagram and Facebook?
The Contact Module "Twitter" field, when completed, provides a clickable link that opens the contact's Twitter page directly. The layout editor does not provide a "social" pre-made field with this functionality. The form editor shows the Twitter field as a single-line text field, but this field obviously has more functionality than just a single line field based on how you're able to interact with data stored in this field.
I went into Zoho CRM Setup > Modules and Fields > Contacts and poked around the field tab, as well as layout, validation, and links & buttons to see how this field is programmed but with no luck. Any information how to get a custom field to perform the same function for other types of social media handles would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
