Contact name includes title (Mr.) How do I stop this

Contact name includes title (Mr.) How do I stop this

Every contact I import from my phone includes the title (Mr.) no matter what gender they are.

If I input a new contact into zoho I can opt for no title. Is there a way to set it this way to I do not have any title in the contact name. Its defaulting to Mr. for some reason and I cannot figure out how to adjust this setting.
