Contact Notes

Any chance of of removing field restrictions for the Notes area? Every note that contains certain punctuation marks does not allow contact to be created or updated.

Also, the formatting rules suck - new paragraph impossible, everything jumbled together. Need to be able to separate subjects, info, etc.
