Is there anyway to sort, re-order, contact notes?  It appears that the "natural" sort is oldest first and continues on down to the latest note.  If you keep a lot of notes on a contact, you have to do a whole lot of down scrolling in order to see the latest note.  Is there a way to reverse the order and have the most recent note show at the top of the list? 

Alternatively, is there a way to title the note by date and have the sort order or natural presentation done by title/date newest to oldest?  We want to log histories of calls.  Multiple people involved.  Desire to make it easy for whomever goes to record next can see immediately what the prior person was doing?

Is there an insert note function that would allow you to insert a note where you want it at a later date?  Right now, you can only edit an existing note.  Sometimes after the fact we might want to insert a note in a particular spot?
