Contact Paid Installment, where do I put that information?

Our customers are constantly paying in installments. What is the clearest and most efficient way to keep track of that information?

I would like to keep track of how much has been paid, when, and how. Also if possible when is the next time we should charge their card for the next installment.

How can I do this?
