When I am working in a Potential record I want to be able to press the "Dial" icon to automatically call the Potential Contact. In order to do this I must have the Phone number for the Contact in my record.

Unfortunately, the only way to get the phone number in the record is to create a custom field and manually enter the phone number. This means that I now have two (2) places with a contact's phone number in ZCRM and each has to be maintained independently. Naturally, this doubles the work for maintaining clean data throughout the system. I have created a custom field (type - Look-up) to list the Contact Name and have the notes and activity details automatically map back to the contact record. But there is no way to add the phone number automatically.

I want to see the development team allow users to add the phone numbers from the CONTACT record automatically to another record when using the Look-up function. The data is already in the system. All I want is the option to display the data in a different location and eliminate the possibility of incorrect data in one or more locations.
