contact roles / contact entries
On the potentials page, you can select a role for each contact. I had naturally assumed this would update the person's contact details but when you click on their name to view them on the 'contact details' page the role doesn't show up anywhere i.e. it doesn't seem to carry this information across....which means you have to enter the same info manually again under Title...this seems to me to be double entry. Why is this? Is there a fix?
I'm a new person to Zoho CRM so appreciate I may not be understanding the issue fully.
