Contact synchronisation & customization

Hello,

I was just checking your tool and I have 2 questions:
*) Is the contact database synchronized between Zoho Virtual Office and Zoho CRM? I'm asking this because at our office we are using Maximizer at the moment and this feature is very useful.
*) Can the interface of both tools be localized?
