I can convert a Lead to a Deal and it pulls in the contact person and all their details. (attached picture)  How do I change a Contact into a Deal.  I know I can select "Create Deal" but even when I add a Contact lookup field, the layout does not of the Contact person in the same way that the Lead to Deal does.  (attached picture)
