I have some problem in my website. My website is  http://www.thenuliyafashionstore.xyz/

1. when I open contact us page in my published site, There contact us form is not appearing in that page. But it is showing in my building site. And in the address bar doesn't show the  certain page url. it is always showing my home page url.

2. when I searching my website in the google search engine. my website title is showing like this.

" Your browser does not support frames. We recommend upgrading ..."

But I am using latest version of browser. I also tried my friend's laptop. But again it sowing above message.

I don't know how to solve this. Please advise me.

Please help to solve above problems as soon as possible.
