Contacted the Billing Support of Zoho Mail twice - no response
I don't know how many days or weeks Zoho currently takes to respond to tickets.
The basically non-existing support is the reason for my request to downgrade my account to the "lite" version. I had to move my business email out to a provider with support.
I have cancelled my subscription as there is no option to downgrade. Can my account be changed to "Zoho Mail Lite" - it's not possible to make the change from the customer portal.
And why are you not responding to tickets, even if it's just "we don't care?"
