I've been trying to get started with Zoho CRM, and I has a question:

 

I understand the need to have separate Zoho Contacts and Zoho CRM Contact applications, but why aren't they better integrated?  Shouldn't the CRM contacts show up as a separate group within the Contacts, and shouldn't we be able to share contacts from Zoho Contacts into CRM Contacts?
