Contacts and emails being deleted
Zoho CRM records seem to be deleted on a routine basis, and I have not initiated the deletion. I had noticed this earlier a couple of times, and thought that it must have been a user error, maybe related to an Outlook sync. For instance I noticed that a contact that I had created no longer had an email attached that I know I had attached from Outlook. When I went to re-add the email from Outlook, I was given a message that this mail had already been uploaded to Zoho. I went ahead and readded and it seems to have gone fine.
Today I noticed that a contact was missing that I knew had been in Zoho. I found the recycle bin and see that supposedly 5 items were deleted within a few seconds of each other yesterday. 4 of these were deleted by me, and 1 was deleted by a colleague. I was not logged into Zoho at this time yesterday, and my colleague would not have been logged into Zoho at all yesterday.
I can restore these records, but this is very troubling, and I want to know what is going on and how I can prevent it from happening again. Zoho is of no use to me if I can't be 100% confident that my data is safe.
