Contacts & Android

I'm importing contacts from Gmail to zoho contacts UI and I noticed that Zoho ignores any that only have company name and not user. It also means that If I create a contact on the android with company only, it won't get synced back to zoho.

Is this by design or will there be a fix not to require a name?
