Contacts Have Been Duplicated and Associated with Incorrect Accounts

I have approx 365 contacts that are now duplicates; Of each duplicate, 1 is associated with an account that is INCORRECT. When I opened a chat, I was told that I did this, however there is no way this was done by me. I need someone from Zoho to contact me to resolve this ASAP!
