Contacts in CRM not the same as in ContactManager

Contacts in CRM not the same as in ContactManager

The contacts that appear under the CRM contacts tab are not the same contacts that appear in the contact manager. Are these two programs connected? And if not is there a way to auto import CRM contacts into ContactManager?
