Contacts Lookup - Last Name Only?
Im trying to link Tasks, Forms and some custom modules to Contacts. It looks like you can only use Lookup on the Contacts last name. This is annoying because you very rarely know the persons last name. So then I try to add another field for Lookup (eg. a company name, supplier name etc) and it seems it isn't possible.
Anyone know a work-around for this?
The last few months I've been getting right into Zoho, but it seems it is very unrefined and falls short. eg Portals won't allow clients to add Attachments or see custom buttons, or open links. They've cut reports for some reason, kanban view isn't available in Portals, Canvas or normal Tasks.... It is good for very very basic setup, but that's it. What is everyone else's experience?
