I normally use Zoho as a webmail and on my smartphone with ActiveSync.

I am now starting to access my mail through Outllok in order to manage all my mail addresses at once.

However, through my ourlook account works and my emails are correctly synced, my contacts do not appear. How can I sync them?

And how can I download the csv or pst file to backup them?
