Contacts on web not available on mobile, even after refresh

Contacts on web not available on mobile, even after refresh

Hi,

I recently discovered that some of my contacts, which are available via web version, are not available on my mobile, even after a refresh.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running Android.  Any thoughts as to how to correct this?
