Contacts, photos, import issues, and edit problem on mobile
Where do I begin.....
First...I knew it was too much to ask for contact photos/avatars to be imported from other sources...and that's fine. But what I want to know is why there is
no way to add or edit the contact photo on ZOHO's Web mail (from my PC), and the Android app having the only ability to edit the photos? What is wrong with you people? Considering the large number I'm going to have edit to add photos back, I do NOT want the hassle of doing it only on my phone.
Issue 2,
I can't edit about half my contacts on my phone anyway. The Android ZOHO Mail app gives me a pop-up message that I need to "add a valid address" when trying to save any changes to contact info. What address are you talking about? Email? Mailing address? and what is the problem, as every contact this happens to has absolutely correct address data.
The web mail (PC) app doesn't seem to have a problem with the addresses...I can open a problem contact, select all the address data fields but don't change anything, and save the non-existent changes. THEN the mobile app works okay for that contact. I'm NOT going through all this for every contact
The
importing of contacts from either Gmail or Outlook.com only imported names and phone numbers, nothing else. I don't know what one had the issue as nothing in your applications notes where info came from.
Finally...all of the birthday dates are displaying
DAY-MONTH-YEAR, although every setting and date format option is set to MONTH-DAY YEAR. Meaning...your software and app developers have missed this or decided that my date format preference doesn't matter. It is jolting and confusing to have dates displayed differently, depending on which way your viewing your data and why bother giving me an option if it's going to be ignored?
Sorry, I'm frustrated. I agonized over switching to ZOHO products after years of Android, Google and Microsoft hell only to have more issues. Thank You
