Contacts related to Vendors not visible to others

Contacts related to Vendors not visible to others

Dear Team,

I have 2 specific queries :

(1)
I want Contacts that are related to Vendor Records to be visible to Selected Profiles.
We do not want Contacts related to Accounts to be visible to other Roles.

(2)
We want Accounts / Contacts / potentials / records to be visible between 2 Profiles / Roles.

Tried a lot, but couldn't get through these 2 things..!! Help...!!!!
