Our Organizations template has fields where, for the address, we've been entering "Billing" details (address, city, etc.). And we would then create Contacts off of that Organization, and Zoho CRM would carry over all of those Billing address fields. Suddenly within the last hour or so, our newly-created Contacts in connection with the most recent Organization we've entered no longer show "Billing" - now, although the CRM is still carrying over the address details from the Organization into the Contacts we're creating, it has them classified as "Mailing". This is impacting how we send out Mass Mails. We have a bunch of previously-created Contacts for which all address details are "Billing". Anyone experiencing something similar? Is there a fix? Is there a systemwide glitch occurring? TIA.
