So I notice that when I'm on a contact record, and scroll down to "cases" and click "New", that the Email field in the New Case automatically populates with the email field from the Contacts module.
This excited me, as there are key bits of information in the Contacts module (I've renamed it Services) that I would like to autofill into the case every time to prevent the agony of retyping (and because I'm programming the first automatic email sent when a case is opened to include this information). However, I can't seem to find a way to build the same association that the email field has.
Anyone have any ideas?
