Contacts with contact-image

Hi,
when I try to sync from my android phone the address-book and there is a contact with contact-picture (avatar), the sync crashes and I have no way to sync.
Also if I export the addres book to file and try to import via web in zoho contact list, the import procedure goes in never-ending status and no contact is added.
How can I manage contacts with their pictures?
