Hello,
We are facing syncing issue between Inventory and CRM as some of our clients are using the same email id for contacts.
So those contacts are not synched from inventory to CRM stating email id is the same.
I already disable the option like said here but still it doesn't work:
CRM application then Setup > Customization > Modules and Fields > Contacts > Standard > Click on three dots option next to the Email field > disable the option "Do not Allow Duplicate Values" > Save.
Once the changes are done, please kindly initiate an instant sync option from the CRM Integration page in Inventory end.
Has anyone encounter this issue?
