contains() function inconsistencies - case sensitive in some cases, not in others

Hi,

There are two other threads discussing this situation but I am not seeing any responses from Zoho support so I am consolidating these discussions here.

My original post generated this thread and led us to include this other thread in our discussion.  With some thorough testing Gaev discovered that, "Looks like .contains("xxx") is NOT Case Sensitive when applied to Collections ... otherwise it IS !!!
