Contextual Gadget Functionality

Contextual Gadget Functionality

I can't seem to be able to add the Contextual Gadget functionality, when I go to the dashboard, it only says "License" under ZOHO CRM.  It does not have the Enable or Disable hypertext.

Whats up.
