Continued Activesync Problems
I continue to have active sync problems. I posted on here a few months ago and still the problem remained so I abandoned it because I was tired of dealing with it. I'm back to try again only to still have problems. Previously only mail would work, now this time nothing does. I can't even log in via activesync. Everytime I try to add my account in active sync I receive the following error message; "Unable to verify account information". Before you guys give me the line about checking my account to make sure active sync is turned on and telling me to set my account to this or that, I have done it. I've done it all and it never works. Per your official active sync instructions my user name is properly typed, server is properly typed, password is correct, domain field is blank, yada yada yada. I absolutely love Zoho from a webmail interface, but your mobile access has always been sub par. Please take a look at my account on the backend and fix what ever needs to be fixed so I can get my calendars and contacts to sync on my mobile device. Thank you.
