Hey service business owners,
I run an epoxy flooring company and I'm in need of some help. We grew 100% last year and did about 1.3m in revenue with 2 crews. We want to get our back end in place now so it doesn't halt our growth. Our plan is to franchise within 2 years and I want to build a backend now that can grow with us as we tackle that.
I am in the process of switching over all my current systems (project scheduling, quotes/invoicing, sales management, etc) from Jobber to Zoho CRM. The main reason is due to Jobber's lack of a CRM and automated follow ups.
The initial hurdle I'm running into is:
What is the best way to take a closed won "Deal" from my sales guys care to an install teams schedule? Has anyone used a 3rd party app that integrates well with Zoho that I should look into?
- I've looked into having it be a "task" for the install guy but my our install process is 2 days and I feel like there's got to be a better option.
-I've also looked into Zoho Projects but it seems tailored to businesses that work on longer and more variable projects. I'm worried it would be too robust for my team and isn't simple enough.
If you've successfully franchised a service business I'd be really interested to connect with you and learn how it went. To connect with me my

Thank you for in advance for any advice!
